We are privileged to work with Mauricio, who brings more than 41 years of

experience supporting Defence and veteran communities.

​

Mauricio began his career with the Royal Australian Air Force at just 16 years of age as an aircraft technician, working on Hercules and Orion aircraft. He later commissioned as a Logistics Officer, serving across a range of operational and capability roles. Over four decades, he has built a career defined by operational service, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to Defence outcomes.

Today, as a Senior Consultant with Blackhawk Logistics, Mauricio continues to make a meaningful impact; supporting Defence capability while providing valuable guidance, insight, and mentorship to veterans and transitioning service personnel as they move into civilian Defence industry careers.

His professionalism, operational expertise, and commitment to supporting others reflect the values and culture we continue to build at Blackhawk Logistics.
